Beef Enchilada Casserole
2 lb Ground beef Saute beef and onions; drain. Stir in beans, salt, garlic powder, and taco sauce. Heat until bubbly. Add enchilada sauce. In a separate fry pan, pour in enough oil to about 1/4" and heat. Soften tortillas, one at a time, by quickly dipping in hot oil, turning, and draining on paper towels. In a 3 quart casserole, make layers of tortillas and meat sauce. Top with grated cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 45 minutes or until heated through.
