Mock Lobster Casserole
2 lbs. fillet of Haddock or Pollock
*Or use canned cream of Shrimp soup.
Place Fillets in baking dish. Sprinkle with salt. Pour cream of Shrimp soup over. Add sherry or lemon juice. Bake, uncovered for 20 minutes at 375 F.
While fish is baking, stir onion, garlic, and Worcestershire sauce into melted butter. Then blend with cracker crumbs.
Sprinkle crumb mixture over the fish and bake 10 minutes more, or until brown.
Serves 6
