Dutch Crab Meat Casserole

7 1/2 oz. Crab Meat
3 hard boiled eggs
1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
1 cup evaporated milk
1 (8 oz.) water chestnuts, drained & sliced
1 1/2 cups bread crumbs
2 Tbsp. margarine
Parsley
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Combine all ingredients except 1/2 cup bread crumbs, margarine and parsley. Put into 2 quart casserole and top with left over crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes.

Serves 8
